With warmer weather on the way (although it seems fleeting sometimes), I know I’m spending more time outdoors; working in the yard, walking the dogs, bbq-ing or just enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. All this activity and sunshine makes me thirsty too; and although plain water is good for you–it gets boring sometimes.
To combat that boredom, Cascade Ice has come up with a delicious and healthy alternative. Zero calorie, naturally flavored sparkling water from Cascade Ice is sugar, sodium, caffeine and gluten-free; and it’s flavored with real fruit juice.
Cascade Ice Sparkling Water
After trying several of the flavors I was provided, I want to tell you that this will be my new go-to drink for the summer! Forget soda (sorry all you cola-lovers) but over ice or mixed in a drink, Cascade Ice Sparkling Water is crisp, refreshing and has just enough flavor to quench my thirst, without over-powering me with a sweet, syrupy after-taste.
The flavor varieties are interesting, refreshing and delicious. The fact that they’re sugar, sodium and caffeine-free doesn’t hurt one bit either. If you’d like to learn more about Cascade Ice, you can check out their website, where you can find where to buy it, recipes and more. In the meantime, I’ve come up with a great thirst-quencher of my own. Let me know if you give it a try and what you think!
