Biannual Blogathon Bash — It’s a Wrap!

Biannual Blogathon BashWhat a crazy weekend its been!  After signing up for the 24 hour Blogathon Bash, I realized that I was not just double, but triple-booked for the weekend.  Sometimes I think I just want to make sure I’m busy–so I say “yes” to almost everything; but I’m learning to say “no.”  Go ahead…ask me to do something…….I’m sorry, I’ve got another commitment; but I’ll try……. Is that really a “no?”

As for working on my blog; I think this is going to be an on-going commitment for me–between what I would like to accomplish and some of the mini-challenges put forth by this event, I think I’ll be busy for quite a while.  Actually, I started out pretty strong–logging in eight hours on Friday and six hours on Saturday.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well on Sunday–so I would work about forty-five minutes out of each hour and so was only really able to log about 4 or 5 hours total.   Even though I didn’t manage the whole twenty-four hours, I feel like I accomplished quite a bit; and managed to find some new blogging buddies to boot!Running out of Time

Kathleen has just posted the dates for the next session of the Blogathon Bash and I plan to join up again.  I also want to thank all the bloggers who posted their mini-challenges, all the participants on Facebook who joined in our conversations with ideas and help, and all the people who joined in the Twitter Parties.  Most of all, I’d like to thank Kathleen for organizing this wonderful event.  I hope to “see” you all next January!
